I’ve been using this VPS hoster since January and have had lots of connection issues. It seems every month their 3rd party server is having an issue. Tech Support is unhelpful and often rude. Right now, my service has been down for over three days and tech support refuses to look into the problem.
I’ve been waiting all day for them to return my calls about canceling my subscription.

I signet up in February. It took a very long time to get the VPS up and running. After it was set up, all was ok for one month. Then in mid March their server had an issue and it was down for three days during trading hours. I complaint because they did not inform me and did not even answer my emails and live chat request! However, I gave them a second change. In the mean time it was down about 3 times only for a short wile. But now just recently their server was down again for hours and the next day again. They don’t have a 24 hour support as advertised on the webpage; you have to wait until there is someone back at work! That’s it, I canceled my membership.

I have been using this service for about a month now. I have had no problems with them and their technical support was very responsive to all my inquiries. So far so good.

Took a long time to assign my VPS- customer service was not very accessible at first. Upon gaining a login and password, I was easily able to access everything I needed on the server. Works well.
